Samya brings decades of senior leadership experience at top global banks—including Bank of America, ABN Amro, and HSBC—where she led large-scale operations management, drove strategic initiatives, and managed risk across international teams. She has successfully overseen the offshoring of hundreds of FTEs worldwide and collaborated with diverse teams to implement complex strategic projects. With extensive expertise in retail risk management, Samya has a proven track record in leading and developing large-scale operations teams.

As a PCC-certified Executive Coach (ICF) and Leadership Trainer, she helps organizations build strong leadership pipelines through coaching, mentoring, and training. Samya is also certified by the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, University of California, Berkeley. She has coached hundreds of executives worldwide, delivering 1,000+ hours of coaching and leading workshops on leadership, collaboration, and personal effectiveness. She has also taught at the City University of New York. Samya holds certifications including PCC (ICF), MBTI, Strong Interest Inventory, and ADEPT-15.

Samya has been recognized among the ‘101 Most Fabulous Global Coaching Leaders’ by the World HRD Congress. She has successfully coached senior leaders across IT, banking, manufacturing, and e-commerce sectors worldwide—helping executives navigate career transitions, increase productivity, and grow into leadership roles, including during major organizational changes.

Partha is an accomplished business leader, with over 25 years of experience of scaling businesses across Americas, Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa. He has led more than a dozen successful M&A and Divestiture deals. As former CEO/MD of HGS (BSE/NSE: HGSL), he transformed a Bangalore startup into a $780 million Indian Multinational. Now Co-founder of Enlead Consulting Services, he advises organizations on AI strategy, execution, and leadership development, leveraging his deep expertise in cross-border business and transformation.
